C’è un filo invisibile che lega le piazze polverose del 1946 alle sfide tecnologiche e sociali del 2026. È un filo fatto di determinazione, di passi lenti ma inesorabili, e soprattutto di quella tenacia tutta femminile che ha trasformato i “no” della storia in conquiste tangibili.
Oggi il pensiero non può che andare a loro: alle pioniere che hanno aperto la strada e a chi, ancora oggi, continua a percorrerla con la schiena dritta.
Una Storia di Conquiste, mai di Concessioni
Dobbiamo ricordare che nulla di ciò che oggi consideriamo normale è stato un regalo. Dal primo voto espresso in un’Italia che muoveva i primi passi nella democrazia, fino alle leggi sulla parità salariale e alla tutela della dignità professionale, ogni diritto è stato il frutto di un sacrificio.
Non sono state “concessioni”, ma vittorie ottenute da donne che hanno saputo guardare oltre l’orizzonte del proprio tempo.
La Forza del Quotidiano
Mentre celebriamo le figure storiche sotto i riflettori, il nostro grazie più autentico va a chi opera nel silenzio:
A chi lavora costruendo carriere in ambienti ancora troppo spesso a misura d’uomo.
A chi si prende cura, fungendo da pilastro insostituibile per la famiglia e la comunità.
A chi costruisce futuro, educando le nuove generazioni ai valori del rispetto e dell’uguaglianza.

Più che una ricorrenza: un impegno quotidiano
Augurare “Buona Festa della Donna” non può ridursi a un gesto formale o al profumo di una mimosa. Deve essere un impegno collettivo affinché rispetto, dignità e opportunità non siano slogan da rispolverare una volta l’anno, ma valori da difendere e vivere ogni singolo giorno.
La strada per una società più giusta è ancora lunga, ma grazie alla forza di chi non smette di crederci, la direzione è tracciata.

Battito di Donna
È un fiume che scorre e non teme la piena,
è il coraggio che spezza ogni vecchia catena.
Non è solo un nome, non è un solo giorno,
ma è luce che brilla in tutto ciò che ho intorno.
È la mano che stanca coltiva il futuro,
è il grido di chi ha scavalcato ogni muro.
C’è un segreto che batte nel fondo del petto:
non chiede clemenza, ma esige rispetto.
È terra che accoglie, è vento che incanta,
è la voce che libera e quella che canta.
È la madre del tempo, la figlia del Sole,
è la forza che vive oltre le parole.
Oggi il giallo è un colore che parla d’orgoglio,
per scrivere insieme un nuovo foglio.
Perché ogni donna sia libera e vera,
non solo per oggi, ma un’intera vita intera.

There is an invisible thread connecting the dusty town squares of 1946 to the technological and social challenges of 2026. It is a thread woven from determination, from slow but inexorable steps, and above all, from that uniquely feminine tenacity that has transformed the “noes” of history into tangible victories.
Today, our thoughts naturally turn to them: to the pioneers who blazed the trail, and to those who continue to walk it today with heads held high.
A History of Achievements, Never Concessions
We must remember that nothing we consider “normal” today was a gift. From the first ballots cast in an Italy taking its first steps toward democracy, to equal pay laws and the protection of professional dignity—every right was the fruit of sacrifice. These were not “concessions,” but victories won by women who possessed the vision to look beyond the horizon of their time.
The Strength of the Everyday
While we celebrate historical figures in the spotlight, our most heartfelt thanks go to those who work in silence:
To those building careers in environments that are still too often “a man’s world.”
To the caregivers, serving as the irreplaceable pillars of family and community.
To those building the future by educating new generations in the values of respect and equality.
