The great silence: Where has evil gone?

Somewhere deep within the collective unconscious a question begins to stir—still un‑worded, yet felt as a shift in atmospheric pressure, a subtle alteration of light.

It is the vague yet persistent sense that something ancient has dissolved, not with an apocalyptic crash but with the quiet fading of an era. Some call it the Great Silence—not the silence of absence, but the silence of a frequency that has stopped resonating.

The “frequency of evil,” understood not as a mythic entity but as a parasitic force, an energetic pattern based on separation, fear, and opposing darkness, appears to have lost its resonance. The Earth, it is said, has changed its tone, and anything not in harmony with the new fundamental note simply… disappears.

For decades, even centuries, the debate over good and evil has revolved around a sterile dualism—a never‑ending battle between two equally powerful opposites. The narrative was that of a battlefield. But what happens when the battlefield itself transforms? What if the ground vibrates at such a high, cohesive, unifying frequency that forms of life—or, more precisely, forms of consciousness—rooted in dissonance can no longer take hold, feed, or thrive?

This hypothesis is gaining traction: we are not witnessing a victorious war, but a change of habitat. Evil, in this view, is not defeated; it becomes obsolete—like a deep‑sea fish brought to the surface, unable to function in an environment for which it is not built.

The evidence presented by proponents is not forensic proof but global synchronicities. They point to the systemic collapse of narratives founded on hatred and division, which seem to erupt with fury only to self‑consume rapidly, leaving behind not power but a barren void of meaning. They highlight the implosion of rigid hierarchical systems that relied on control through fear, crumbling under the weight of their own disconnection.

Most strikingly, they note an insatiable collective hunger—visible in every corner of society, from public debates to personal consumption choices—for authenticity, connection, and repair. It is as if humanity, as a whole, is experiencing a kind of “abstinence” from dissonance, instinctively rejecting the poisoned food of hostility that it once tolerated.

Science, unexpectedly, offers powerful metaphors for this phenomenon. Quantum physics speaks of fields of possibilities that collapse into a specific reality only through observation and intention. Neuroscience explores neuroplasticity, the brain’s capacity to reorganise itself in response to new stimuli and intentions. If we apply these principles to the collective body of humanity, massive conscious observation and focused intention toward compassion and unity—amplified by the globally interconnected network of minds—may have literally collapsed the field of possibilities into a reality where extreme expressions of separation no longer have sustainable “space” to manifest.

Thus we are not passive spectators but active architects of this vibrational shift; every act of love, every truthful choice, every moment of forgiveness contributes to raising the planet’s fundamental note.

It is crucial to stress that this does not herald a utopia devoid of challenges. The brightest light casts the sharpest shadows. What is unfolding may be an unprecedented revelation: the residual energies of fear and separation, unable to persist in a diffuse, subtle form, are concentrating, crystallising into visible knots that can now be confronted. They rise to the surface of collective consciousness to be seen, acknowledged, and finally transformed. The “cleansing” is not a magical event but a deep work of responsibility.

Conflict does not vanish; it shifts from a blind duel of good versus evil to a conscious choice between fear and love in every single moment, in every interaction. Welcome, then, to the realm where Love governs all—not as a benevolent tyrant, but as the fundamental physical law of a new environment. Not a saccharine, passive love, but a powerful, clear, sometimes ruthlessly truthful love that is the very essence of cohesion, creativity, and life itself.

In this space, old power strategies based on manipulation lose efficacy like wooden weapons against a diamond armor. Relationships are founded on authentic resonance rather than necessity or fear. Creativity blooms not from stifling competition but from synergistic collaboration.

The Great Silence, therefore, is not a sign of absence. It is the sound of a changing seabed, the background hum of an era yielding its place. For those still tuned to the old frequency, the world may appear as incomprehensible, threatening chaos. For those who have begun, even tentatively, to retune themselves, the same world reveals hidden potential, a tapestry of miraculous connections, heartbreaking beauty, and clear direction.

The final question is not whether this change is real, but how quickly we choose to align our inner instruments with the new symphony already beginning to play. The stage is set. The lighting has shifted. And the script of darkness simply has no lines left to deliver.

The true story—our story—can finally begin.
